RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and Manage Integrated Supply Chain audits and assessments covering various supply chain functions such as planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain finance and customer experience.
-Lean, mentor and coach a group of Supply Chain auditors.
-Partner with the Supply Chain Corporate Officer and the Business units Supply Chain leaders to conduct supply chain audits and assessments.
-Tasked with presenting audit findings to senior management and recommending corrective actions for control deficiencies.
-Help lead the Corporate Audit Talent Strategy; fostering a promotable team and growth incubator for talent in to train, prepare, and develop for key leadership business roles in Honeywell.
-Lead special projects to continuously improve the efficiency of the ISC team including use of data and leveraging the support of the Corporate Audit Data Analytics team to continue to evolve data alerts and insights into key risk areas.
-Drive a culture that promotes efficiency, customer service, and continuous quality improvement.
-Ensure effective and efficient controls are designed and functioning to mitigate the company's financial, business and supply chain risks at all locations globally.
-Understand the Supply Chain and Procurement Global Design Models in Honeywell and their deployment status and maturity.
-Expertise in direct material and in direct material sourcing along with the basic procurement risks and controls.
YOU MUST HAVE
-Ability to influence and motivate teams and develop talent.
-Bachelors degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, integrated supply chain and procurement leadership roles, coupled with knowledge of internal controls/audit/compliance.
-Extensive experience in data analytics
-Knowledge of US GAAP and internal audit standards
-Extensive knowledge/experience in project management, strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
-Lean Six Sigma Certification
