Leidos Chief Information Office Services (CIO Services) is the internal Information Technology (IT) delivery arm of Leidos, serving both the 50,000 Leidos employees globally and the customers that Leidos supports. CIO Services Business Relationship Management (BRM) team, the technology management function that enables Leidos Sectors via CIO Services solutions and capabilities, is seeking a Technology Enablement Intern who will learn CIO Services capabilities to apply them in ways to boost productivity across sectors. Successful candidate will also leverage their technical background / knowledge to advance Leidos’ practice areas using CIO Services capabilities.

In addition to assigned tasks, successful candidate will bring new ideas aligned to their technical background. BRM is a dynamic team of diverse background, and successful candidate will have an opportunity to apply new ideas to improve business relationship and partnership within Leidos.

This is an exciting opportunity to get firsthand experience with technical leadership within Leidos, and this is position is based out of Leidos Global Headquarters in Reston, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with day-to-day engagement to meet sector priorities

  • Maintain internal BRM site to promote BRM activities to greater Leidos population

  • Create an information fact sheet of CIO Services capabilities

  • Assist in gathering software requirements to support software consolidation activity

  • Assist in remote employee digital experience study to enhance Leidos’ remote-friendly culture

  • Assist in creating a dashboard to showcase CIO Services capabilities as a repeatable solution

  • Create status reports on CIO Services and its value-add to the Leidos Practice Leads

  • Track development of an enterprise service center within Leidos

  • Track BRM budget and expenses regarding conferences, travel, training, and others

  • Other relevant tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate college student with expected graduation date no later than May 2027

  • Understanding of current technologies in one or more of the following: artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data centers, digital experience, and networking

  • Familiarity with general business software and tools (Adobe Software Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in software engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, mathematics, or other related disciplines

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends

  • Experience working with Federal Systems Integrators

  • Personal interest in and knowledge of the IT industry and the way it makes the world better

Pay Range:

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
