Loan Operations Specialist - Military Veterans

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our loan operations team during a system transition. This role focuses on account maintenance, exception handling, and ensuring smooth loan servicing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in daily operations while assisting with the transition of company loan platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions proactively
- Review checks and ACH payments to prevent downstream issues
- Conduct research on wholesale commercial loan documentation
- Enter transactions into the appropriate system of record
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with loan documentation and commercial lending (preferred)
- Background in finance or banking operations (preferred)
