CONTRATACIÓN COMO EMPLEADO REGULAR
LOCACION: Bayamon PR
HORARIO: 40 horas semanales, 2 dias de descanso
SALARIO: $10.50 P/H + comisiones
ACTIVIDADES:
-Atención y asesoria a clientes identificando sus necesidades y preferencias para recomendarles el vehículo adecuado.
-Captación de clientes a través de llamadas, redes sociales, referencias y eventos automotrices.
-Gestión de cierre de ventas, negociaciones y seguimiento post venta.
-Cumplir con las metas de ventas establecidas por la concesionaria.
-Elaborar reportes de ventas y actividad comercial.
REQUISITOS:
-Diploma de escuela superior
-Experiencia minima de 3 años en ventas
-Licencia de conducir vigente INDISPENSABLE
-Manejo de computadora
-Experiencia deseable en programa CDK o alguno utilizado en ambiente automovilístico
