Boeing Canada is looking for an Experienced Used Serviceable Materials Bell Helicopter Rotables Specialist to join the Boeing Global Services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases.

  • Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.

  • Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.

  • Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.

  • Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.

  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.

  • Develop pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.

  • Working closely with other teams to track part movements in costs.

  • Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness.

  • Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels.

  • Conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.

  • Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors.

  • Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions.

  • Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 5 + years of experience working with Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) facilities/suppliers.

  • 5 + years of experience in the USM (used serviceable materials) industry.

  • 5 + years of experience with rotorcraft product and/or product support.

  • 5 + years of customer support or customer service experience.

  • Strong computer skills in the Microsoft office suite.

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.

  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled good.

  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Maintained knowledge of products, industry policies, procedures and regulatory requirements in rapidly changing industry via dedication to continuous learning.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Knowledge and an interest in the aftermarket industry.

  • Helicopter technical rating (i.e. A&P or AME License).

  • Strong background on Bell platforms.

  • Selling and Sales Skills.

  • Networking and relationship management skills.

  • Used Materials valuation and analysis.

  • Understanding Internal and External customer needs.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Attention to details.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.

Summery Pay Range: CAD 72,000 – CAD 128,000
