As an Aviation Technician, you will perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance of company-owned aircraft to ensure proper operation, aircraft safety and airworthiness. Installs manufacturer's engineering changes. Diagnoses, isolates and repairs malfunctions reported by pilots. Performs periodic inspections to ensure that aircraft meet FAA standards. Rebuilds spare assemblies such as brakes and wheels. Diagnoses and isolates malfunctions primarily related to the mechanical components of the aircraft. May be cross-trained to install, inspect, test, adjust, or repair industry standard equipment such as aircraft communication and navigation systems, radar, autopilots, and other electronic devices. Provides technical assistance and guidance to other mechanics on areas of expertise as required. Must have a thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures and ensure that all work meets FAA specifications. Must possess an airframe and power plant license and typically three to five years related experience. May act as crew chief for specific aircraft concerning airworthiness and regulatory compliance. May be a designated inspector. May travel.

- Diagnoses, isolates and repairs malfunctions reported by pilots.
- Completes proper inspection records, reports, and forms required by the CFRs or manufacturer recommendations
- Provides technical assistance and guidance to other mechanics on areas of expertise as required.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures and ensure that all work meets FAA specifications.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Holds a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- 3+ years of aviation work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Has previous Flight Engineer experience
- Has Emergency Procedures Training
- Gulfstream experience a plus
The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $95,625 to $159,375 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
