POSITION SUMMARY:
Power’s Brand team is a full-service, in-house marketing and communications team that is fresh, fast-paced, and innovative, working within the nation’s largest home remodeler to effectively tell the company’s story. We are seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team.
The Manager of Digital Marketing will support and manage our digital performance marketing channels to drive growth for our online lead generation business. They will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and growing our extensive affiliate partnerships. Additionally, the Manager of Digital Marketing will lead the build out of in-house advertising capabilities and organic growth opportunities for the website, including the management of paid search advertising, reporting, and optimizations, along with new lead generation channel testing, and SEO.
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of demonstrated relevant experience from digital marketing agencies or established brands with a specific background in paid digital media, online lead generation, and/or e-commerce. This person should be passionate about finding areas of opportunity to drive business growth and unlock potential. They are highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player who has the ability to inspire teammates above and below them. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, as well as the sales, revenue and technology teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage paid marketing channels, SEO, and 3rd party affiliate marketing partners in support of Power’s online lead generation efforts
- Responsible for managing agency teams in support of Paid Search and Paid Social, while building out in-house capabilities for managing and optimizing these programs
- Oversee website SEO strategy
- Support management of 3rd party affiliate partnerships to drive scale and efficiency
- Monitor and track channel performance, competitive, and market trends to drive new optimizations and develop innovative solutions and ideas.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth consumer journey from start to finish.
- Manage, mentor and continue to build a team who will help execute on all of the above with commitment to excellence and customer service.

- You are a customer-centric, data-driven marketer with an eye for flawless execution.
- You have a proven track record of driving sales and increasing business performance via digital marketing.
- You have a strong commitment to clear and concise communications, and for developing creative avenues for optimizing marketing channels and campaigns
- You are a test-and-learn analytical manager who leans into quantitative measurements to make decisions.
- You are also an entrepreneurial teammate who is comfortable operating in a scrappy, hands-on manner as part of a team standing up an e-commerce side of the business that is in its infancy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years experience managing and optimizing paid media channels or SEO
- B2C experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, or SEO.
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience with Google and Meta Ads; Ads Certifications a plus
- Experience with Web Analytics Platforms; Google Analytics preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The Manager of Digital Marketing works in a hybrid office environment. Some travel may be required.
