Job Description:

As the Integration, Verification, and Test lead on our team, you’ll work with Parsons colleagues and partners and the U.S. Space Force to support the framework that hosts OPIR applications critical to the defense of our country.  Your customer will trust you to integrate, test and deploy these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions.  Grow your skills by merging innovative engineering methodologies and cross-disciplinary coordination to create tomorrow’s solutions. What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience supporting Government Developmental Test and Evaluation

• 15+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation & Integration on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs

• 15+ years of experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems

• Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs

• 10+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification or analysis

• 10+ years in OPIR and 3+ years in MDPAF

• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2

• Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation master Plans (TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), Enterprise Verification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRM), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs)

• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems

• Experience with portfolio and program verification, interoperability, certification

• Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities

• Experience with planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system

• Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines

  Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02

• Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
