Production and Partnership Manager Job No: 498008 Work Type: Staff Full-time Department: YU Global Strategy Location: Wilf Campus, 500 West 185th Street, NY, NY Categories: Education/Teaching, Academic Administration Position Summary: YU Global seeks an experienced Production and Partnership Manager to oversee course development operations while supporting business development initiatives. This dynamic role combines project management, quality assurance, and business development responsibilities to help drive YU Global's growth in educational technology and content development. Position Responsibilities: Production Management (50%) Manage and prioritize multiple course development projects simultaneously Develop and maintain course templates and production standards Oversee production timeline and ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and quality assurance team Monitor project milestones and deliverables Implement quality control processes and maintain production excellence Provide regular status updates to stakeholders Business Development Support (50%) Assist Director in identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities Pursue partnership opportunities and close sales. Develop and maintain partnership tracking systems Support partnership negotiations and contract development Create proposals and presentation materials Maintain detailed partnership records and analytics Help establish pricing models and service agreements Contribute to outbound sales strategy Experience & Educational Background: Master's preferred 10-15+ years of project management experience Proven track record in business development or partnerships Strong proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Outstanding organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Experience in educational technology or content development preferred Skills & Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Understanding of the Jewish education landscape Experience with learning management systems Familiarity with AI-driven educational technology Salary Rnage: $85,000 - $95,000 About Us: Yeshiva University is dedicated to academic excellence, intellectual exploration, and the advancement of timeless values that shape and impact lives.
