?? Duration: March 10, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (Temp-to-Hire)
? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Will transition to 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; must be open to both shifts)
?? Pay: $18/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and fast-paced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Houston. This position involves manual key data entry, document validation, and quality control. If you have strong typing skills (15,000 KS/hr), 10-key proficiency, and experience handling document processing and verification, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
?? Data Entry & Validation:
Perform high-speed manual key data entry from hardcopy documents. (15,000 KS per hour required)
Validate and verify automatically classified documents for accuracy.
Manually index meta-data from digital documents.
Ensure quality control of digitally converted documents.
?? Document & Check Processing:
Review and validate automatically extracted data from digital documents.
Verify redacted information for accuracy.
Process and reconcile check batch totals and amount distributions per customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
?? Typing & 10-Key Test Required – Must attach test results with application.
?? Previous experience in high-speed data entry, document processing, or quality control is required.
?? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
?? Must be flexible to work both 12 PM – 8 PM and 3 PM – 11 PM shifts as needed.
?? On-site interview required – Manager will assess typing skills and resume before selection.
