This Admin/CSR/Dispatcher - San Bernardino - Hybrid Position Features:

Immediate need for a Admin/CSR/Dispatcher (Service Specialist). Candidates will be making calls, reviewing files to ensure accuracy, basically supporting the team with hiring and onboarding the new drivers. Making sure the drivers' files are DOT compliant. Flexibility to work OT, punctual, multitask (this is a huge one), quick learner, team player, ability to think outside of the box and detailed oriented. Service Specialist is a floater position and will be trained to assist with sending commercial drivers to different locations, helping with DOT compliance files, injuries report, etc. Transportation experience required. Dispatch experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, works well independently, adaptability to change. Candidates will be required to report to work on site Monday to Wednesday and work from home on Saturday and Sunday. There is OT available.
