Plant Manager - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations to ensure a safe workplace as well as meeting all production demands. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills, is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Interest and ability to understand the key aspects of the manufacturing process
- Daily operations ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate with Master Scheduling and support Budget Development
-Implement strategy and action plans ensuring the facility supports the company's initiatives
- Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations
- Coordinate with other Plant Managers with the intent of mirroring operations plant-to-plant
Role will oversee approximately 88 workers, on the 1st shift with a 5am start time and will report to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations
Base salary, $160K -$165K with bonus potential up to 25%
