Branch Manager - Military Veterans

Our client is one of North America's largest dealers of industrial equipment who offers materials handling solutions that utilize a host of equipment options: forklifts, terminal tractors, telescoping booms, scissor lifts and railcar movers. In addition, they offer industrial and construction equipment and rental solutions, including aerial work platforms, sweepers, scrubbers and earth moving equipment for your project needs.

The Houston, TX branch is in search of a strong operational leader to take over the Branch Manager role. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations and ensuring compliance within assigned location, including administration of the financial business plan, overseeing all talent development and training, facility maintenance and customer experience objectives.

- Achieve company financial objectives for profit performance, and assist with developing and monitoring budgets for assigned location

- Ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within the assigned location are in full compliance with established company policies including: accounts receivable, inventory reports, monthly forecasts and related score cards

- Provide leadership at the assigned location to ensure positive customer experiences

- Ensure execution of monthly expectations and standards, strategies and action items

- Manage the parts warehouse department and vendors who provide services for the care of the facility

- Monitor, manage and supervision of new hires to include responsibility for selection, hiring, development and orientation procedures

- Ensure execution of the performance management process for employees in the assigned location, to include:

rewards and recognition, fostering positive morale and disciplinary procedures, up to and including termination of employment

- Assess talent at all levels within the assigned location; provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to develop the best talent in the industry

- Partner with senior management to increase aftermarket sales by department

Base salary, $140K - $160K, they offer a full benefits package, and an annual bonus based off of company success, ESOP, company phone and laptop.
