Leidos is looking for an ICAM IT PM to join our team.
The Solutions ICAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for identifying and interpreting Zero Trust initiatives that can be implemented through ICAM IT services. This individual works closely with the Fort Independence customer and technical leadership to understand IC ICAM requirements and provide technical solution alternatives. This individual also supports hands-on implementation to deliver technical pattern and reusable code to support requirements implementation, which may include direct interaction with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software vendors.
This individual drives implementation teams to comply with customer technical guardrails and performance standards, such as Agile methodology best practice implementation, security accreditation requirements, and execution of (Free and Open Source Software) FLOSS approval processes.
Requirements:
TS/SCI Full Scope clearance
Masters degree and 15+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience working directly with vendors to evaluate capabilities and perform system-of-systems integration
- Collaborate with customer and Fort Independence PMO to interpret Zero Trust and ICAM requirements into implementation requirements,
- Keep abreast of both industry public sector and internal customer initiatives related to Zero Trust and ICAM requirements
- Experience creating, managing and driving schedules
- Experience working across multiple project team deconflicting schedules, resource requirements, anticipate roadblocks and plan for contingencies
- Experience defining a projects scope, requirements, and objectives
- Regularly gather project status and ensure team status on task
- Clearly and effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and status
- Understanding of ICAM technologies and systems engineering principles
- Ability to clearly brief senior management
- Experience with requirements decomposition and Systems Engineering best practices
- Experience with software delivery using Agile Methodology Use of JIRA and Confluence tools
- Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization.
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer projects and experience working with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
