You will be a Classified Cyber Solutions Developer for Lockheed Martin in the Fort Meade, MD area. Our team is responsible for leading advanced research projects in computer network operations (CNO) and developing custom solutions to support our military customers.



What You Will Be Doing

As a Classified Cyber Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the development of multiple projects that impact the organization's portfolio and suite of capabilities. You will serve as a vulnerability researcher, hardware and/or software developer, and provide expertise to the customer while developing, customizing, and modifying tools.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Lead advanced research projects in computer network operations (CNO)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the development of multiple projects
• Serve as a vulnerability researcher and hardware and/or software developer
• Develop, customize, and modify tools to support customer needs
• Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems in computer network exploitation, reverse engineering, and signals intelligence (SIGINT) development
• Provide support for meetings, conferences, and programmatic reviews
• Utilize software and computer language skills to develop programs that meet technical requirements
• Apply software engineering principles to test, evaluate, and modify developed software applications

This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services. Further Information About This Opportunity:

This position is in Fort Meade, MD.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years practical experience (software development/tool signatures/debugging)
Demonstrated detailed knowledge and experience in vulnerability research (VR), reverse engineering (RE), hardware/software development, computer networking, wireless technologies, information system configuration management, and Linux and Windows system engineering.
Assembly language(s) and one or more programming languages (C/C++; specific expertise in kernel development, device driver development, network//socket programming, and embedded systems development.
Fluency in one or more scripting language (Python/LUA/BASH.).
Hardware and software reverse engineering design and tools, debugging tools (Ghidra/Binary ninja).
Software vulnerability analysis and exploitation.
Understanding of intrusion detection systems, firewalls, VPN appliances, routers, switches; and expertise in the design, implementation, and execution of network and routing protocols.
TS/SCI clearance; able to pass CI polygraph.
Desired Skills:
5+ years’ experience working with/within Intelligence and Special Operations communities (nice to have).
Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
