Summary:

The CSC Section Manager 2 supporting the Mortgage line of business will manage multiple functions of the Customer Solutions Center consisting of Team Sales Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement new policies and procedures ensuring the Customer Solutions Center is run efficiently and in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
  • Act as a liaison with other departments / divisions
  • Forward thinking with a global vision and prioritizes Category of One in sales and service
  • Participate in strategic planning and provides budget oversight for assigned area(s)
  • Act as lead for functional owner for assigned lines of business
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the assigned area(s) productivity to senior management
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager or individual contributor
  • Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles
  • Maintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of mortgage leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial and/or call center environment preferred
  • Thorough understanding of reporting, metrics and service level impacts
  • Knowledge and ability to work with MS Office products effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to successfully develop presentations, using data analytics, on assigned topics and present to senior leaders
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must exhibit strong organizational skills
