Leidos’ Defense Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join our Common Hypersonics Glide Body (CHGB) Production Program team. As a Project Manager, you will function as a CAM, providing support to the lead Cost Account Manager (CAM) of the CHGB manufacturing and production operations. This person will support the planning and execution of the CHGB manufacturing & production schedule. This role requires familiarity with EVMS implementation, scheduling, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and use of analytical tools and approaches that support accurate project health and prediction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the lead CAM in establishing, maintaining and measuring manufacturing performance against the baseline
- Responsible for weekly reviews and status updates for control account and associated work packages.
- Provide support to track, trend, forecast and analyze budgets and actuals
- Learn Earned Value Management (EVM) and apply knowledge to investigate and understand root causes of cost and schedule variances.
- Support monthly EVM data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Support the lead CAM in analyzing and interpreting EV data
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with EVMS indices and processes

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
