ASRC Federal Technical Services is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Terminal and Technical Operations (TnT) Contract's Program Office that supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
The TnT Program Office is responsible for the day-to-day program management, administrative and business-related tasks required to accomplish the requirements of the Contract efficiently and successfully . This Program Office supports FAA Government personnel with contractual and financial reviews and record keeping for all contract task orders and other documents that result from meeting the requirements of the Contract based on the Statement of Work (SOW).
We are looking for an experienced individual to work independently and in a team environment. This individual:
- Supports the program management team whose core responsibilities may include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution.
- Create, maintain and analyze schedules and budgets. These activities will include generating program/project status, cost, trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations.
- Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics.
- Devises or modifies procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost benefit analysis and schedule considerations.
- May have quality assurance or asset management responsibilities.
- Classifies, monitors, and summarizes financial data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of twenty-four (24) years of related experience OR
- Associate's degree in business or legal related field of study with a minimum of eighteen (18) years of related experience OR
- Bachelor's degree in business or legal related field of study with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of related experience OR
- Master's degree in business administration or legal related Master's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
- Permanent Residency/Green Card (with 3 years residing/working in the US) or US Citizenship is required for the FAA Public Trust/background investigation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Advanced Excel skills with use of formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge/experience with:
- Costpoint/Deltek
- SharePoint site
- Cost accounting principles
- Teams and Zoom
- Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to:
- Work independently and on a team.
- Switch from one task to another with ease.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties
- Support ASRC Program Manager (PM), Task Order (TO) Leads, and team members.
- Support FAA Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Technical Officer Representatives (TORs).
- Process FAA Modifications, ensuring funding and authorization, into CostPoint and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Manage, track, and monitor contract travel, extended work week, funding, invoicing, and performance.
- Maintain and develop Excel worksheets and SharePoint.
- Provide reconciliation of accounts to identify potential project trends and risks.
- Manage employee contacts, organizational charts, and schedules.
- Manage Subcontractor funding.
