Chubb's Personal Risk Services Operations division provides industry leading service to clients, agents and internal business partners. The Chubb Customer Center (CCC) is an Operations team that directly manages the personal insurance needs of successful individuals and families on behalf of enrolled agency partners countrywide. We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated account executive to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Account executives are licensed agents supporting PRS' growth and retention by counseling successful individuals and families on their insurance coverage.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for primary administrative support to approximately 50 licensed personal lines agents.
- Flexible in shifting task priorities throughout the day based on department needs or those of their teammates. These include:
- Managing a high volume of department work intake by e-mail, fax, and mail
- Sorting, scanning, and routing agency correspondence
- Printing and mailing outbound client correspondence
- Assigned ad-hoc tasks to support effectiveness and efficiency of the department
- Team player who collaborates with colleagues on shared work distribution and daily responsibilities to meet department service level targets.
- Independent problem solver specifically in 'gray' areas without defined workflows.
- Provide candid feedback to assist with the implementation of solutions to improve department efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication motivated by the high expectations associated with Chubb's reputation and affluent target market customers.
- Accountable for quality and productivity standards to support department service targets.
- Dependable and organized.
- Awareness that the role demands a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion concerning the services we offer.
- Willing to assume responsibility for additional projects based on the needs of teammates and/or the business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using Adobe and scanning technology preferred.
- Knowledge of Chubb processes and Applied agency management systems preferred but not required.
- Insurance experience preferred but not required.
