- Assisting in the development of the WestRock Real Estate & Facilities Playbook and its components.
- Assisting in on-boarding the additional real estate assets involved in the merger.
- Assisting with various real estate projects through review and analysis of leases, researching properties, property opportunities, facilitating surveys and title searches, evaluation of lease reconciliations, preparation of notices, facilitating BOVs, working with real estate service providers on market data, preparing real estate deal profiles for approvals, etc.
