The Role:
M anufacturing Operator at Yonezawa site in Japan as part of manufacturing operational team, Microcontamination (MC) Operation . This position will be responsible for manufacturing process .
What you will do :
- Operate manufacturing equipment to perform all m anufacturing process steps based on the production order.
- Perform In Process and final inspection of products ensuring in process control and product quality.
- M aintain process records and other relevant documentation. Enter necessary values and comments into SPA.
What we seek :
- High school diploma required
- P revious manufacturing experience in similar types of industries preferred.
- G ood writing and interpersonal skills.
- A bility to cooperate and collaborate with other teams members.
- F amiliarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs.
Outstanding candidates will have :
- S trong communication and problem solving skills
- S trong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- A bility to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- A bility to perform manufacturing processes and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- A bility to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges and proactively seek solutions.
