The Director of Revenue Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role will optimize revenue processes, implement data-driven decision-making, and drive scalable revenue growth for Foundever, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven revenue operations strategy that aligns with company goals and sales targets.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales enablement.
  • CRM & Technology Management: Own and enhance the sales tech stack (CRM, analytics, automation tools) to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead-to-revenue workflows.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve deal velocity, reduce sales cycle times, and enhance pricing models for increased profitability.
  • Compensation & Incentives: Design and manage sales compensation plans and incentive structures to drive performance and retention.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to provide actionable insights to leadership.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within BPO or SaaS industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, quota setting, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position in the United States is $130,000 - $160,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
