Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing production, KPIs, shipping, and receiving.
Industry experience in personal care, cosmetics, or food manufacturing is highly preferred.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 10 to 40 employees, drive operational efficiency, and ensure our production and logistics functions run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across production, shipping, and receiving departments.
Implement and monitor KPIs to optimize efficiency and performance.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Lead and develop a team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.
Manage inventory and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
? Industry experience in personal care, cosmetics, or food manufacturing is preferred.
? Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10 to 40 employees.
? Expertise in KPI tracking, production processes, and logistics oversight.
? Ability to drive efficiency and implement process improvements.
? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
