Material Handler - Military Veterans

We are currently looking to hire an Inventory and Logistics Specialist to help ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. This position offers an opportunity for growth, with the possibility of hiring a second person once training is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items according to customer sales orders.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Process and ship orders using UPS Worldship and FedEx shipping platforms, ensuring orders are shipped within 72 hours, with occasional same-day shipping for urgent orders.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software is preferred.
• Provide LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight quotes when necessary.
• Use pallet jacks or forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Receive and log incoming stock into our inventory system upon arrival.
• Assist with inventory preparation and modification for production orders.
• Rework products, including kitting and assembly, with some mechanical aptitude a plus (not required).
• Assist with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, including emptying trash and maintaining tidy product shelves.

What You Need to Have:

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UPS Worldship, FedEx shipping platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with using computer systems for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong ability to keep inventory and work areas well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and efficiently solve logistical challenges.
