Pay Range: $25.00 hr - $27.00 hr

- Selling parts to customers at the front counter using John Deere-specific software.
- Receive and put in place, inventory, store parts, equipment, and materials into the department..
- Provide excellent customer service according to the companys Customer Expectations Policy.
- Monitor and follow up on parts shortage and expedite orders as required by the Parts Supervisor.
- May supply service technicians with parts as required.
- Maintain detailed records of all parts transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
- May assist in transporting parts, small equipment, and related supplies to other locations/customers.
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and cycle counts of all parts at the location.
- Maintain records of pickup, and deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts.
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment.
- Utilizes the surplus return program in line with owner-group policy.
- Verify the accuracy of orders, including part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
- Coordinate the perpetual or annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
- Rotating work schedules including Saturdays.
- May include occasionally working from other Belkorp Ag locations.
- Participation in on-call program
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and showroom.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- Receive and process parts and equipment orders from various departments or external suppliers.
- Promote and sell products and services to customers.
- Never operate any equipment you are not properly trained on and have not inspected prior to using, for example: but not limited to vehicles, tractors, forklifts, mowers, drill presses, grinders, hydraulic presses, welders, and other general equipment.
- Report all injuries, near misses, and accidents within the hour to your Manager, Supervisor, or Safety Supervisor.
- Report all injuries, near misses, and accidents within the hour to your Manager, Supervisor, or Risk Supervisor.
- Report all unsafe findings you see to your manager immediately or through Everyone Speaks anonymously on Teams/General Channel/Everyone Speaks.
- Follow all safety rules, policies, procedures, and Job Safety Analysis for each job. These are found in Teams/General Channel/mybelkorpag/Safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- A minimum high school diploma plus 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applications.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes.
- Bilingual is a plus that is relevant to the customer base served.
