Job Description

The Associate Director, ServiceNow Human Resources Solutions Lead is responsible for the enablement and usage strategy of the ServiceNow Human Resources platform. The individual will partner with Human Resources & IT leaders and will represent the technical interests of Human Resources through the design of technology solutions that support the strategic direction of the business, always thinking of solutions through the lenses of improving user experience and operating efficiency. This individual must possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication/influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization, and the ability to build solid partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Solution Design & Implementation:
    Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Human Resources solutions tailored to meet organizational needs and Human Resources best practices.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with Human Resources leaders to define and develop a strategic roadmap for maximizing the impact Human Resources can gain via ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Engage with cross-functional teams and Human Resources stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Process Optimization:
    Partner internally to analyze current Human Resources processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance Human Resources Services and employee satisfaction.
  • Technology Leadership:
    Act as the Human Resources subject matter expert for ServiceNow providing insights into platform capabilities, new functionalities, and best practices.
  • Change Management:
    Partner with the Organizational Readiness Team to ensure seamless adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow platform for Human Resources.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Human Resources ServiceNow initiatives and prepare regular reports for stakeholders to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Benchmarking:
    Utilize relationships with peers from external organization to assess leading practices, lessons learned within the ServiceNow space. Translate these learning into the ongoing strategy.


Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree


Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an HR/HRIS/IT/Operations function
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, preferably with Employee Center Pro and Virtual Agent, including implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices, ideally within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, consulting and influencing skills.
  • The ability to apply "systems thinking", understanding how systems can work in a complimentary way to address business needs.
  • Project leadership expertise, managing in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated competencies in relationship management, facilitation, influencing skills, and working globally as well as cross functionally


Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD is preferred.
  • Experience with utilizing data and analytics to measure value.
  • Familiarity working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of integration capabilities with other Human Resources and enterprise systems.
  • Workday Experience
  • A team-oriented style and a collaborative approach to getting work done. Ability to be hands-on and entrenched in the details when necessary
  • Ability to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and make decisions with limited information
  • Initiative, creativity, and solid written and verbal communication skills

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$139,600.00 - $219,700.00
