Description of Duties:

• Work with the Business & Contracts Office as a member of the team
  
  
• Communicate contract/subcontract requirements to other departments
  
  
• Support financial reviews, time reporting, invoicing and auditing activities
  
  
• Support request for proposals (RFPs) for contracts /subcontracts
  
  
• Support the administration of teaming agreements and various contracts and subcontracts instruments
  
  
• Process Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) AND GSA invoicing
  
  
• Assist with General Ledger Reconciliation
  
  
• Support process improvements and special projects
  
  
• Provide support to business and operations unites in the formation of financial reports, contracts, and subcontracts.
  
  
• Will participate in audits, proposal development, subcontract review / partnering and risk assessment process
  
  
• Review and process proposal requests, contract documents, prepare and provide contractual communications and notices
  
  
• Develop contract summary and update throughout project
  
  
• Track proposal due dates and develop and maintain schedule with task order teams
  
  

Basic Requirements:


(Must mee one of the two following):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and 3 years of experience supporting contracts, finance, or business
  
  

OR

• 6 years of experience supporting contracts, finance, or business operations
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, Payroll, Procurement and Subcontracts
  
  
• Active Secret Clearance
  
  

Salary $65,000-75,000
