Billing Specialist - Military Veterans

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, an aptitude for customer service, and a desire to learn and grow in a business operations environment. The successful candidate will assist with billing-related tasks, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with teams to improve processes.

Temp to perm

$23-$25/hour

On site - Maitland, FL

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies using multiple business systems.
· Support the invoicing process and help maintain accurate customer profiles.
· Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and escalate system-related issues.
· Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
· Generate basic reports and analyze trends using Microsoft Excel.
· Provide excellent customer support by addressing billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Aptitude for customer service and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with billing or business systems (training provided).
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Willingness to learn and think creatively to develop solutions.
· Zoho and CRM system experience preferred.
