Pay Range

 

$168,780 - $214,032 annually

 

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage. Job Description

We're seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer with robust expertise in any of the following areas: Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Reporting, Payroll and Security. Become a key player in our innovative, tech-driven team and take the lead in architecting, developing, and deploying Oracle HCM solutions in the cloud.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the design, development, implementation and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications, focusing on seamless integrations.
  • Analyze and resolve issues promptly, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle HCM operations in areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Reporting, Payroll, and Security.
  • Automate end-to-end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP, REST, and ATOM web services.
  • Create inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud utilizing BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Work closely with project teams to meet integration requirements, troubleshooting issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide expert level guidance on Oracle ERP and HCM interfaces, sharing best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop and execute unit testing for integration components and web services (SOAP/REST), while monitoring and resolving integration issues for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations.
  • Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Offer technical estimates and design insights.
  • Plan and execute Oracle HCM monthly and quarterly updates.


Qualifications

  • Anticipated DOE Q clearance (requires U.S. citizenship and a federal background investigation)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration with a concentration in Computer - Information Systems, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Significant experience in architecting, designing, and operationally managing enterprise applications using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and other HCM Systems (Eg.Oracle PeopleSoft etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience with HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll
  • Advanced experience in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL, as well as experience with Oracle Cloud tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Experience with Oracle Visual Builder is a plus.
  • Significant experience in software development life cycle. Advanced experience in all aspects of software project life cycle: feasibility, requirements, design, coding and implementation under configuration control, integration, test, and deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical issues and challenges.
  • Advanced communication skills to interact with stakeholders, end-users, and team members.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of personnel with the ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills necessary to prepare, present, and document technical information.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in technology and evolving business needs.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Oracle certifications related to HCM Cloud implementation or development
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM or any other HCM system along with Oracle HCM
  • Experience with migrating from Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle HCM
  • Experience in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket. FlexDeploy or similar software collaboration and configuration management technologies.

Security Clearance

This position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q-level clearance. If you are selected, we will initiate a Federal background investigation to determine if you meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter. Also, all L or Q cleared employees are subject to random drug testing. Q-level clearance requires U.S. citizenship.

Pre-Employment Drug Test
