Field Service Technician - Military Veterans

Key responsibilities:

- Equipment repair: Diagnose and repair commercial cleaning equipment

- Documentation: Complete service reports and time sheets

- Training and certification: Maintain necessary training and certifications

- Inventory management: Track and manage parts inventory in the company vehicle

- Communication: Provide timely updates and reports

- Customer service: Serve as the primary contact for customers

- Safety compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper equipment use and vehicle maintenance

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and interpret electrical and parts diagrams

- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
