Posting Number: S06221P Department: Integrity and Outreach Salary Range: $75K DOQ Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: The Research Security and Ethics team is seeking a compliance professional with analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will complete export compliance and research compliance training. Professional development is required and available within this role. Key Responsibilities: Work independently with minimal supervision Manage a detail-oriented workload across multiple projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and groups across a large institution Maintain discretion with confidential information A successful candidate will be required to use Microsoft Office applications along with training for other software (REDCap, Box, Visual Compliance, custom internal applications). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science, public administration, or related field. Three (3) years of research administration experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Experience administering export control compliance, international trade compliance, or relevant federal national security policies and regulations in industry or in an academic research environment.
