Requirements:
A motivated team player with BS in Structural, Civil Engineering, or similar field
PE license required
3+ years of structural or seismic engineering experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is a plus.

What You'll Do:
Independently deliver engineering designs and manage projects.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct structural and seismic calculations, create templates, and design innovative solutions for equipment supports and bracing.

General Job Description:
This position is responsible for independently delivering engineering services, from conceptual design through construction completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete project planning, coordination, and execution with some oversight
Independently complete conceptual design through construction drawing development for large complex project or multiple projects simultaneously
Appropriate engagement of engineering applications and/or managers in project decisions
Proactively communicate and coordinate project designs with Project Management, Construction and Service departments, Controls, and other trade partners
Field engineering: assist with project execution, trade coordination, scheduling, document management and problem solving/troubleshooting, as required
Effectively and professionally communicate with colleagues and project team members
Manage time to meet project schedules and task deadlines
Strong understanding of engineering standards and project execution processes
Equipment anchorage calculations and PE wet stamped installation package including BOM
Equipment vibration isolation calculations and PE wet stamped installation package including BOM
Design roof top duct and pipe supports, and PE stamped installation package including BOM
Riser duct and pipe supports, and PE stamped installation package
Seismic restraint calculations for duct and pipe
Roof structure verification of existing structures for equipment replacement
Structural design of equipment skids
Design of supplemental steel for equipment, duct or pipe supports including BOM
Create templates and standard designs for supports, attachments and seismic bracing that creates an economy of scale that is cost effective to install and build
Other duties as assigned by Manager
