Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking Mid-Level or Senior Procurement Analysts to join our Proprietary Supply Chain team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO to support SAP Systems Integration and ERP Planning enablement.

The successful candidate will support deployment and testing supporting SAPPHIRE implementation, ensure compliant buy planning practices, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure robust training and development across the Supply Chain team. Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities related to buy parts and materials.
  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design and deployment of program strategies, systems, tools, and projects for planning and procurement.
  • Reviews master data and requirements to ensure compliance with MMAS material requirements for buy parts.
  • Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, projects, and procurement transactions.
  • Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers.
  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 5 years of experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations
  • More than 5 years of experience supporting customers across multiple program functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
  • Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
  • Experience with SAP S4HANA and EDP
  • Experience with contracts, proposals, terms and conditions, schedule, pricing

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $76,500 – $94,500

Summary pay range Senior: $93,500 – $115,500

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
