In this role, you'll play a crucial role in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems ranging from 8kW to 1mW. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators. The role also involves providing accurate quotes for repairs, submitting work orders, and ensuring exceptional communication and customer service. Experience with residential or industrial generators is highly valued.
