IAMD Senior System Instructor - Military Veterans

We are seeking a highly qualified Sr. System Instructor to fulfill the role of overseeing a team of Instructors providing comprehensive training to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Air Academy cadets in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing course material and delivering high-quality training sessions in accordance with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Concepts, Theories, and Strategies. The candidate will conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. The candidate will be a member of an instructor team and will perform all duties under direct supervision from the customer.
Please note: This is a part-time, temporary instructor position lasting a total of 14 weeks. The selected candidate will be stateside for 5 weeks before flying to KSA for training.
Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum on IAMD Basics, Threat scenarios, IAMD Systems Overviews, IAMD Employment Principles and Strategies, and conduct a culminating Practical Exercise.
- Oversee a team of eight instructors, evaluating their teaching effectiveness and course delivery.
- Provide Air Defense individual training for Air Academy cadets at KSA College Campus.
- Teach air threats and their mechanisms.
- Instruct on how air defense armament works.
- Educate on air defense armament deployment on the battlefield.
- Teach Radars, EU spectrum, and mechanisms for air defense.
- Explain technical air defense terminology.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- More than 10 years of Air Defense experience required.
- Able to meet the requirements for a work visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Passport Required.
- Previous Instructor Experience.
- Previous experience with Missile Defense System.
- Experience and knowledge of US Army Air and Missile Defense Force and Engagement operations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Patriot/Avenger Master Gunner.
- Experience as Missile Defense Officer or System Technician.
- Familiarity with Missile Defense System Administration and Integration.
- Preferred Missile Defense instructors.
- Experience in the Middle East/Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) providing sustaining and/or training support.
