One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the LOCATION area. Were seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
Post invoices and customer agreements.

• Job costing and data entry.
• Accounts Receivable tasks, such as reporting and bad debt recovery.
• Payment processing.
• Help maintain filing, scanning, and document retention.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting required.
• Experience using Excel required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
• Some experience with collections greatly preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
