Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist - Military Veterans

As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing projects. You will be accountable for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong guiding skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will report directly to our Director ISC Operations, and you will work out of our Tucson, AZ location.



In this role, the impact of a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist is comprehensive, encompassing efficient project execution, team guidance, project planning and strategy, quality assurance, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Guide and manage projects from initiation to closure


  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate project team members and stakeholders


  • Provide guidance and facilitate to project management professionals

  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date

  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders


  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Prior experience in a guiding project management role
  • Strong guiding and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • SAP
