As a Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Global S&S Sales Leader and youll work remotely.

Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell Industrial Automation by managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and contribute to the continuous growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of HGR sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Grow a portfolio of key accounts to sell both our Voice Automated Solutions, adjacent Software Solutions and Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
- Responsible to work closely with regional leadership in the regions and align on the regional forecast outlooks to roll up into the global S&S forecast

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Passion for sales and achieving results
- 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvement
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
