Inventory Supervisor - Military Veterans

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory control processes in a fast-paced Logistics/Production environment. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient warehouse operations, and effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control & Management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and loss.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
Maintain real-time inventory records and reports using ERP/WMS systems.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials/supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping teams to align inventory with operational demands.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of inventory items.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve supply chain issues.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Train and manage warehouse staff on inventory procedures and systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of inventory management experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or production environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting as needed.
Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills.
