Summary:
The CRE Senior Managing Director is responsible for the implementation of the CRE Strategy, Strategic priorities, strategic planning, etc. Also, management of a Budget, & Financial budget accountability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver on primary business goals and priorities related to liquidity, capital, credit, and profitable growth.
Responsible for the management of a sponsor base and portfolio that is consistent with CRE strategic priorities.
Accountable for the day-to-day identification, measurement, monitoring, controlling, and reporting of material risks on an ongoing basis. Instill the desired culture within areas of responsibility and contribute to the company's commitment to effective and continuous risk management including escalating issues, and the accuracy of portfolio/sponsor reviews.
Actively demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in engaging, developing, retaining, and attracting colleagues; foster a diverse, trusting, inclusive and equitable environment while displaying strong leadership behaviors – acting with high integrity, providing clarity, decisiveness, accountability, and empowerment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of CRE leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Team Player
Sales/client facing and interpersonal skills
Supervisory, coaching, and personal development of staff
Focus on details and process
Credit training and/or lending experience required to support the real estate business
Knowledge of CRE market products
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
