Sr. PP&C Analyst - Military Veterans

Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Sr. PP&C Analyst to join their team in Broomfield, CO. or Golden Valley, MN.

As a Sr PP&C Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and control of project activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. You will report directly to our Project Controls Manager and on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and profitability of projects by providing accurate and timely project analysis and reporting. You will contribute to the development and implementation of project control processes and tools, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development of initial program baseline and ensure program profitability thru rigorous EAC management. Develop, monitor and control program costs and budget
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Provide timely and accurate customer reports or ad hoc analysis as required

The annual base salary for this position is $92,000.00 - $115,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing

YOU MUST HAVE





  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and control on Govt programs


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically excel


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field


  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
