At Spectrum, we ensure the delivery of our internet services to more than 32 million customers nationwide. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing delivery of multiple complex Advanced Engineering projects with multiple touchpoints internally and externally (Vendors as well as other Charter organizations). You will also ensure the successful integration of several initiatives and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.

It’s important that the Technical Delivery Manager has excellent communication skills as you will be delivering important projects inside and outside of the company. Your work will help in the expansion and protection of Charter’s growing network.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

  • Experience: Industry/area expertise of at least seven years, Management/Project Management experience of at least seven years
  • Education: College degree required, project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
  • Technical Skills: Expert ability to implement and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects/programs, able to assess risks and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified, Expert ability to navigate and guide teams through grey areas, able to analyze and interpret data efficiently, able to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
  • Abilities: Able to work independently with little supervision and guidance, able to build strong working relationships with peers and project members, able to make decisions and solve problems while under pressure, able to think outside the box to come up with solutions, can communicate, orally and in writing, in a clear and straightforward manner, can communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • 2-5 years managing and implementing complex and highly visible software and hardware deliveries
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, personable, able to motivate others, strong judgement skills
  • Schedule: Hours will be determined as business needs dictate

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
