The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Reporting to the Director of Education and Training and with a dotted line to the First-Year Experience Coordinator, the Program Administrator for Education and Training will support several key projects focused on training new students including, but not limited to, University-wide programs and requirements, such as Pre-Orientation, Orientation, and the Community Citizenship Initiative. This position will manage administrative operations and logistics ranging from compliance tracking, email communications, building data reports, and workshop/event planning. This role is best suited for someone who is a systems builder, has strong analytical and communication skills, and can navigate an ever-evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Assistant Director of Education and Training to manage training platforms for Pre-Orientation, Orientation, and the Community Citizenship Initiative.
- Track compliance of Pre-Orientation and Community Citizenship Initiative for students from all schools and colleges at the University.
- Manage communication channels (Group email platforms - Front and Google Groups, Canvas inbox, and phone calls) for student and staff inquiries regarding training requirements for new students.
- Regularly review training content in partnership with the Director of Education and Training to ensure timeliness and relevance to evolving student needs.
- Assist with data management such as student list management, building data reports and visualizations, cleaning up data from surveys, etc.
- Provides administrative and logistical support for events/workshops ranging from registration/attendance tracking, catering orders, supplies orders, and day-of staffing support.
- Create promotional flyers, event signage and descriptions, and work closely with the University Life Communications team on all marketing materials.
- Serve as occasional staffing support on large-scale departmental events during Welcome Week and additional signature events.
- Additional duties as assigned, including back-up support for other team functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated interest in higher education administration or student affairs.
- Experience in project management and data collection & analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; specifically with student/client-facing email and phone communications.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in a large organization or institution of higher education.
- Understanding of inclusion & belonging and sexual assault prevention efforts on college campuses.
- Proficiency in the overall Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, and Qualtrics or other data collection tool.
- Experience using Canva (or other basic graphic design skills) is a plus.
- The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
