Job Responsibilities
Rattaché(e) au Chef d’atelier coupage, vous réalisez le montage mécanique de machines de soudage et de coupage automatique.
A ce titre vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes :
• Réaliser des travaux qualifiés et complexes de montage d'assemblage à partir d'instructions et d'objectifs de fabrication tels que, notamment, bons de travaux, nomenclatures, plans, schémas, gammes de montage et de contrôle
• Respecter les procédures en vigueur et les règles et consignes d'hygiène et de sécurité
• Choisir les modes d'exécution et organiser la succession des opérations de fabrication
• Procéder aux réglages et contrôles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du produit à l'aide de moyens adaptés
• Respecter les temps de fabrication alloués et les objectifs de délai, et peut être sollicité pour les définir et les améliorer
• Participer à la transmission individuelle des savoirs et des pratiques (formation intérimaires, nouveaux arrivants, apprentis)
