We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine maintenance tasks will contribute to a well-organized and efficient workspace.


  • Improving Processes : Actively identifying and implementing ways to improve quality, safety, and processes will drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Manufacturing Knowledge : Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Implement changes in processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and drive continuous improvement.




Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

This role is for a Team Coordinator / Team Leader for Team 7 on 2nd Shift.

Compensation:

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
