To support a specific Legal and Compliance Leadership Team member (GLT-1) and their direct team or GLT-aligned stakeholders through the delivery of transformational programs applying project management, process improvement, change management, and management of analytics and metrics to support LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder to optimize the aligned team's service delivery. The Operations Coordinator will lead the daily objectives of the aligned LCLT member and their direct reports/GLT-aligned stakeholder, facilitate their ongoing priorities, and streamline their team's processes. The Operations Coordinator is integral to the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder achieving their year-end objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manages calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings across various geographies and time zones. Handles travel arrangements and expenses for the aligned LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder.
- Demonstrates expertise in project management, process improvement, and change management, supporting key team-specific meetings and events.
- Drives consistency and efficiency in the development and performance of aligned team's operational processes and ways of working.
- Identify and enhance team capabilities and engagement in various areas, such as process Improvement, Workday processes, ServiceNow, Teams functionality. Deliver team-specific learning events.
- Oversee the organization and execution of team-specific broadcasts, townhalls, Q&A sessions in conjunction with the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder.
- Manage the workload for the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated throughout the year. Oversee mid-year and year-end metrics, processes, and timelines (Ahead Together nominations, Missed Performances, objectives update and following year objective setting).
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships on behalf of the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder.
- Provide clear oversight of personnel and resource changes within function, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
- Act with the utmost discretion, integrity and accountability to support the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder, serving as an extension of their role.
- Adapt comfortably to ambiguity and high levels of change. Be a self-starter who can quickly navigate a complex highly matrixed organization and partner with LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder's team when necessary.
- Proactively make and own decisions on behalf of the LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder, frequently interacting with other GLT members on represent their aligned LCLT/GLT-aligned stakeholder

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Completion of secondary/high school education or an equivalent qualification
- 5+ years with business, technical, and operational skills, with expertise in project coordination, meeting facilitation, and process improvement
- Experience in Legal & Compliance and Human Resources functions and their operational methodologies
- Experience with finance systems and processes, as well as document management systems
Experience exercising discretion with highly confidential information
