Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary The Planned Giving team engages with alumni, donors and friends across all university schools, departments and programs to advance the mission of the university through planned gifts. The team collaborates across advancement and with many other university partners. The Senior Coordinator reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Planned Giving. The position is responsible for the administration of realized bequests, life income gifts, life insurance and planned giving commitments. In addition, the position will be responsible for the creation and management of planned giving MOUs. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Process new and revised estate commitments and realized bequests in the administration and probate process. Communicate with Advancement Services/Gift Processing and Gift Accounting staff as needed. Track incoming estate commitments, life income gifts, and outright gifts secured by Planned Giving staff and other University Advancement staff, as well as realized bequest distributions. Create and edit all planned giving MOUs and implement DocuSign when appropriate. Assist with creating planned giving reports, create life income illustrations, and be the main liaison for the life income asset manager. Perform other duties as assigned. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
