We are now looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to help support across the enterprise, assisting in delivering high-quality P&C services and strategic advice to the programs and Operational Excellence business units. The role also works closely with People & Culture Managers and the Australian P&C Leadership in leading and contributing to the design and delivery of P&C programs and policy initiatives.

Your Role

Supporting multiple and complex business areas and advising leaders on People and Culture strategy implementation, systems, policy and processes, your role will include:

* Provide strategic advice and expertise to ensure that People and Culture processes are continually improved, managed, developed and measured to contribute to the achievement of the business plan.

* Lead initiatives that align with business priorities and organisational strategy.

* HRIS management, People and Culture projects, reporting and analytics, ensuring actions drive business performance.

* Develop and implement local acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business plan outcomes.

* Manage employee relations matters including industrial relations, policies and procedures and employee communications maintaining effective workplace relationships when facilitating outcomes to disputes.

* Oversee HR/IR case management involving performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and Equal

* Employment Opportunity (EEO) issues ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Escalate to P&C leader to access legal advice on complex matters.

About You

As an experienced People and Culture Business Partner, you will be experienced in working with a dispersed client group across a complex organisation. You will also:

* Hold a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline

* Demonstrated experience in delivering P&C advice in a complex business/commercial environment

* Proven experience in ER case management, industrial relations and the application of enterprise agreements

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clear P&C advice

to relevant stakeholders

* Strong influencing, stakeholder engagement, change management and consulting techniques

* The ability to maintain discretion, exercise strict confidentiality and deal with ambiguity and complexity within the organisation

* Defence or aviation experience is desirable.
