Key Responsibilities:
-Process payroll, track work hours, and manage sales tax data using QuickBooks
-Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
-Prepare financial reports and assist with general bookkeeping
-Handle data entry, phone calls, scheduling, and file organization

What We’re Looking For:
-1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
-Proficiency in QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred)
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive team player who’s ready to learn and grow
