Responsibilities

  • Responsible for governance, which involves working with the overarching structure, processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative performance of program in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Implement standard operating procedures, security measures and safety regulations.
  • Recruit technical personnel needed for task order support.
  • Prepare program reports as required as required.
  • Interface with Government management personnel and act as liaison between Government and Contractor personnel.
  • Support contract management by applying service delivery management best practices (e.g. PMI based practices).
  • Anticipate, identify and respond to any issues associated with contract execution and customer satisfaction in support of business operations.
  • Develop strategies and work plan for accomplishing customer tasking and achieving stated corporate objectives.

Qualifications

  • 15 years’ experience in IT Support. 5 years’ experience in a Federal Government/DoD contracting environment.
  • Experience in managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams in a dynamic environment; exhibit a thorough understanding of the goals, aims, and technical complexities of the DoD and U.S.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute Assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
  • Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management.
  • Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities.
  • Excellent communication skills; oral, written, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desirable.
  • CompTIA Security+ required.
  • Must possess a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • Communication and customer support skills are a critical component.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
